Media, Filming & Interview Policy
All are welcome to worship with us. To protect the privacy of our parishioners and the prayerful character of our services, any filming, photography, or interviews beyond personal, non-commercial use require permission from the parish office in advance.
Personal Photos & Video
Parishioners and visitors are welcome to photograph or record their own family and friends as a personal keepsake at baptisms, weddings, slavas, and other services, without asking permission first.
Please be discreet during services, and never photograph or record another worshipper who has not agreed to it.
Press, Content Creators & Commercial Filming
Written permission from the parish office is required in advance for any filming, video or audio recording, photography, or interviews intended for news media, YouTube or social media channels, documentaries, or any other public or commercial purpose. This applies to the whole property, including the parking lot and grounds.
Send requests to info@hthspc.org at least five business days before the intended visit, and include your name and organization, the purpose of the visit, the date and time you are requesting, and the number of people and equipment you plan to bring.
During an Approved Visit
Approved visitors must check in with the parish office or clergy on arrival and stay within the areas agreed to in advance.
No one may approach, question, or record an individual worshipper without that person's own explicit consent. Filming inside the church during services requires separate prior arrangement with the parish priest.
Private Property
The church building, the parking lot, and the surrounding grounds are private property.
Anyone filming, conducting interviews, or soliciting our parishioners without prior permission will be asked to stop and may be asked to leave. Continuing after being asked to stop may be treated as trespassing and reported to local law enforcement.
You May Always Decline
No parishioner or visitor is ever obliged to speak with a reporter, a content creator, or anyone else who is recording. You are free to decline, and a simple "no, thank you" and walking away is always enough.
If someone does not respect that, please tell the parish priest, a member of the church board, or an usher right away.
